Job Description

Shift Time: 330pm-1145pm

Key Responsibilities



Guest Service & Communication

Prioritize and complete guest requests promptly. Communicate with supervisors or managers at the start of each shift for updates, special projects, and guest needs.

Daily Cleaning & Maintenance

Perform opening procedures, ensuring all assigned areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready. Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces including the

main lobby, restrooms, elevators, meeting spaces, valet/entry area, fitness room, Blue Stone Lane cafe, and employee areas.

Replenish supplies (toilet paper, towels, napkins, etc.) and empty trash as needed. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces and fixtures throughout the property. Regularly inspect and maintain cleanliness of glass, doors, furniture, and decorative elements.

Area-Specific Responsibilities

Ensure

lobby and elevator

areas are spotless and well-presented. Maintain

fitness room

cleanliness, restock amenities, and sanitize equipment. Oversee

restrooms

across all floors for cleanliness and supply levels. During summer months, assist with

pool area

setup, cleanliness, and closing procedures.

Weekly & Periodic Tasks

Clean elevator tracks, vents, and baseboards on designated floors. Remove cobwebs and maintain exterior ledges and entryways. Deep clean designated areas as assigned (meeting spaces, carpets, gym equipment, etc.). Support monthly and quarterly deep-clean projects as directed by the housekeeping board.

Qualifications



Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services preferred. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members. Physically capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Working Conditions



Indoor and outdoor work environments depending on season and assigned areas. Must adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsabilidades Principales



Servicio al Huesped y Comunicacion

Dar prioridad y completar las solicitudes de los huespedes con prontitud. Comunicarse con el supervisor o gerente al inicio de cada turno para recibir actualizaciones, proyectos especiales y solicitudes pendientes.

Limpieza y Mantenimiento Diario

Ejecutar los procedimientos de apertura, asegurando que todas las areas asignadas esten limpias, organizadas y listas para recibir a los huespedes. Mantener la limpieza en todas las areas publicas, incluyendo el

lobby principal, banos, ascensores, salones de reuniones, area de entrada/valet, gimnasio, cafe Blue Stone Lane y areas del personal.

Reponer suministros (papel higienico, toallas, servilletas, etc.) y vaciar la basura segun sea necesario. Quitar el polvo, aspirar, trapear y desinfectar superficies y mobiliario en toda la propiedad. Inspeccionar regularmente puertas, vidrios, muebles y elementos decorativos para mantener su presentacion.

Responsabilidades por Area

Asegurar que el

lobby y los ascensores

esten impecables y presentables. Mantener la limpieza del

gimnasio

, reabastecer articulos y desinfectar los equipos. Supervisar la limpieza y el suministro de los

banos

en todos los pisos. Durante los meses de verano, colaborar en la

apertura y cierre del area de la piscina

, asegurando su limpieza y organizacion.

Tareas Semanales y Periodicas

Limpiar rieles, rejillas de ventilacion y rodapies en los pisos designados. Retirar telaranas y mantener limpias las repisas y entradas exteriores. Realizar limpiezas profundas en las areas asignadas (salones de eventos, alfombras, equipos del gimnasio, etc.). Participar en los proyectos de limpieza profunda mensual o trimestral indicados en el tablero de limpieza.

Requisitos



Experiencia previa en limpieza o servicios de hospitalidad (preferible). Gran atencion al detalle y habilidades para la gestion del tiempo. Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y comunicarse eficazmente con el equipo. Buena condicion fisica (capaz de levantar objetos, agacharse y permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados).

Condiciones de Trabajo



Trabajo en interiores y exteriores, dependiendo de la temporada y las areas asignadas. Cumplir con todos los estandares de seguridad e higiene establecidos por la empresa.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
