A Senior Account Executive with bread & Butter\xe2\x80\x99s travel division is a go getter, jet setter and many-hat wearer. You\xe2\x80\x99re ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work. A proverbial eager beaver, you meet or beat deadlines, stay ahead of trends and always look for new ways to tackle a challenge. You love to write, enjoy making meaningful connections and bring creative ideas to the table. A travel SAE with bread & Butter is dialed into the teams\xe2\x80\x99 accounts and clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs, a problem solver, an inspiring leader, and a keeper of long-standing, meaningful relationships with key media and industry leaders. Available Opportunity:
A Senior Account Executive for bread & Butter is responsible for managing and answering the needs of the client daily. Senior Account Executives serve as representatives of the company and as liaisons between the company and the client. Senior Account Executives oversee the work of Assistant Account Executives and report to the Account Supervisor.

Here\xe2\x80\x99s What We Need:

  • 4+ years of PR experience in hospitality and/or travel required, preferably with agency vs. in-house.
  • Enjoys crafting tailored, effective comprehensive media plans and pitches that are creative, thoughtful and help move clients toward their goals.
  • Possesses and knows how to build and maintain strong relationships with high-level regional and national print, online, and broadcast media important to clients.
  • A passion for cultivating talent and helping our teams grow. How can we be better?
  • Appreciates the art of dotting I\xe2\x80\x99s and crossing T\xe2\x80\x99s. The devil is in the details.
  • Media junkie - there\xe2\x80\x99s no such thing as reading/watching too much. Bonus points for pop culture acumen.
  • Leads teams by example, showcasing professionalism, punctuality and problem solving while maintaining a sense of humor.
  • Has the ability to really dig deep into client goals to secure meaningful and impactful press placements that drive business and make B&B invaluable to our clients and to media.
  • Be the sounding board and resource for clients, leading the teams on calls, in meetings and knowing when to shift course to get back on track.

Compensation: 62K - 72K annually in addition to medical, dental, vision, 401K, life, cell phone reimbursement, unlimited vacation
