Kforce has a client that is seeking a Public Relations Coordinator in Brentwood, TN. Summary: This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in media relations, content creation, event support, and project management, working closely with the Director of Public Relations and cross-functional partners. Duties:

• Draft press materials including releases, media alerts, and briefing documents
• Assist with proactive media outreach and respond to journalist inquiries
• Create and edit PowerPoints and presentations for multiple levels of the organization
• Draft LinkedIn copy and support with various social media requests
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports summarizing brand mentions, trends, and PR campaign performance
• Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies and procedures, and executive action
• Support SVP, Investor and Public Relations and direct team on ad hoc requests for PowerPoint/graphics
• Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics
• Provide administrative and logistical support for PR events, sponsorships, and community initiatives
• Coordinate vendor and agency partners to ensure successful execution of campaigns
• Track deliverables, timelines, and budgets under the direction of the Director, PR

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered
• 2-5 years of experience in public relations or related field

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
