In this role, you will be instrumental in promoting and maintaining our brand's public image through a variety of communication and outreach strategies. As a Public Relations Associate, you will collaborate with different departments to gather information, create compelling content, and communicate effectively with our target audience.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement PR strategies that align with the company's goals
Draft, edit, and distribute press releases and media kits
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR efforts and outcomes
Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content
Coordinate and promote events, news, and campaigns to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in public relations or communications roles
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
