Your Position: Bakery Position Compensation: Range: $18-24 Bobae\xe2\x80\x99s Expectation: All Training is done in Woodinville/Redmond Location. Must be able to work in Kitchens with kitchen safety. Must be able to clean the kitchen, bathrooms, and cafe. Also must be able to handle prepping. Summary of Key Responsibilities
- Willingness to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift, as assigned by manager
- Follow guidelines regarding cleanliness and safety daily
- Keep all product and food products fully stocked
- Willingness and ability to attend all mandated training and on-going continued education to advance in Bobae\xe2\x80\x99s job category
- Being able to learn fast and execute well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multi-tasks and excel
- Live and apply the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture - such as honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Bobae in your day-to-day action
- Excellent work ethics-friendly, proactive, on-time, courteous, punctual, team-player, honesty, and integrity
- Encompass excellent coachability and resilient personality
- Dedicated team player with ability to work independently and as a group member
- Strong attention to detail with presentation, preparation and cleanliness
- Self-starter who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while remaining responsible
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a VERY fast moving environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- At least 18 years of age
- Open availability, including weekends (we are currently not hiring seasonal employees)
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Reliable means of getting to and from work
- Food Handler Certification required before starting
- Ability to learn quickly, and perform with excellent
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships
- Proactivity
