PT Title I Paraprofessional

Description:

Preparing materials for, and assisting students in small group or one-on-one settings for targeted academic interventions. Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to support students' academic progress. Implementing educational strategies and interventions as directed by the school's Title I Director. Maintaining accurate data records of student progress, behavior, and attendance. Ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students. Assisting with the assessment of students and conducting weekly progress monitoring. Participating in regular faculty meetings, paraprofessional meetings, data meetings, teacher collaborations, and training as requested by the Title I Director. Assisting staff with intervention tools and materials as needed. Completing required employment documents as requested by the Employer. Stepping into a classroom as a substitute teacher when requested by the Employer.

Classroom Skills Preferred

:

Elementary teaching license Experience in effective classroom management Experience in differentiated lesson plan design and implementation

Required:

Associate Degree or pass the ParaPro test.Background check required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
