We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our retail team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent service, and assisting in various store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and previous retail or customer service experience.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and properly priced Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and inventory counts Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Support store cleanliness and organization to create an inviting shopping environment Supervise or assist in supervising other team members when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math proficiency. Strong communication skills and phone etiquette for engaging with customers effectively Ability to perform upselling and product demonstrations confidently Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management is desirable Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work part-time hours with flexibility for shifts during store hours

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
