Physical Therapist (Inpatient/Outpatient) - Full-Time

• Evaluate patients\' conditions, create personalized treatment plans, and set achievable goals
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients\' physical function and mobility
• Monitor patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and families on home exercises and self-care techniques
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately in electronic medical records
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in patient care and communication

Requirements:

• Master\'s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• State licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical and assessment skills to address diverse patient needs
• CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
