Job Responsibilities:

Perform drywall repairs including patching holes, retexturing, mudding, sanding, and finishing Prep and paint interior surfaces (walls, ceilings, trim) Match textures and paint colors as needed Protect work areas and maintain clean job sites Communicate professionally with tenants and team members Track and report job progress, materials used, and time spent Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Qualifications:

Experience in drywall repair and interior painting required Ability to match textures (orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish, etc.) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and manage time effectively Must be punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders when needed

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with minor carpentry or general home repair Own basic tools (company can supply specialty tools if needed) * Prior experience in residential or commercial maintenance
