Direct Responsibilities (Summary)

Prepare classic and house cocktails with precision and consistency Maintain cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic of the bar before, during, and after service Engage with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner Collaborate with service team to ensure seamless flow of food and drinks Assist with restocking, inventory, and bar prep Operate POS system with accuracy and efficiency Enforce responsible beverage service practices Uphold safety, sanitation, and presentation standards Support event-specific beverage service when required

Qualifications

1-2 years minimum bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings Strong cocktail knowledge and a desire to grow in the craft Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and poised in fast-moving environments POS and bar-side service experience Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional private events
