in St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking qualified candidates for a PT or FT Psychotherapist to join our small group psychotherapy practice. We offer a Hybrid or In-Clinic Setting with a strong value for work/life balance among our close-knit staff. Our clinic focuses on providing integrative outpatient mental health care to diverse members of our community. We believe strongly in the power of human connection, emotional safety in community, and self-reflection through our unique experiences of professional growth. We are seeking a psychotherapist who is licensed or pre-licensed in the state of MN (LPC, LPCC, LP, LICSW, LMFT) who is able to work a flexible schedule including at least 1 evening or 4 hours on a Saturday per week. Strong interest and/or experience in the field of trauma work, experiential therapies, Somatic and Psychodynamic theories with a strong relational approach. Free individual and group supervision is provided for those seeking LPC , LPCC, or LICSW licensure. Therapist will develop a caseload of 15 - 25 clients weekly with room to grow if desired. Position is hybrid with a mix of in-person and virtual sessions. Competency (or interest in developing competency) in couples therapy, group therapy, and/or working with older adolescents is ideal though most of the work is with individual adult clients. We serve adolescents and adults in the general population along with a higher than average number of LGBTQ+ clients. Therapists from diverse communities and communities of color are strongly encouraged to apply.
