Job Description

We are seeking a

compassionate and skilled New Jersey Licensed Psychotherapist

(LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our team. Clinicians will provide therapy to clients with a range of diagnoses, with a focus on trauma, relational abuse, and narcissistic abuse recovery.

Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions (insurance and out-of-network clients) Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes (paid admin time included) Provide trauma-informed care using evidence-based modalities (EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapies, Hypnosis, etc.) Support clients in long-term recovery from complex relational and emotional trauma

Qualifications

Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT in New Jersey EMDR-trained or willing to pursue advanced trauma training Passion for working with trauma, relational abuse, and complex client needs Strong documentation and communication skills Comfortable providing both telehealth therapy Strong Wi-Fi access

Pay: $50.00 - $102.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
