Job Summary: The MCTS Rose Program is growing! We are seeking skilled and compassionate psychotherapists to join our team. As a psychotherapist, you will provide therapeutic services to adults with trauma, utilizing our curriculum created from a psychodynamic framework and various other modalities.
Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to support the mental health and well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, especially psychodynamic
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients
Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
Provide crisis management and intervention when necessary
Stay current with research and advancements in the field of psychotherapy
Excellent self-awareness and countetransference management
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
Passion for working with trauma.
Valid state licensure as a psychotherapist or eligibility for licensure
Experience working with individuals with trauma preferred
Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic and group therapy
Familiarity with psychopharmacology and its integration into treatment plans
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
