Private Practice opportunity available. Hybrid model for a Licensed Masters Level or Associate Psychotherapist to join a growing group practice in Solana Beach. Referrals and Software for documentation and billing provided, and all else needed is provided. Office space provided. At least one shift in-office requested. Fully remote option is possible for the right candidate.
We will get you credentialed with our insurance carriers. You set your own hours and schedule. The amount of clients you wish to see is completely up to you. Ideal for newly licensed therapists and those in search of supplemental income to their current jobs or those wanting to shift into private practice. Grow into a full caseload over a few months. Pay range based on experience and License status. Licensed Practitioners start at minimum $60 per clinical hour, Associates at $40 (only applicable when actively hiring associates. The job title will indicate).
Caseload would start small and grow over time. We ask that you be patient as it builds and encourage you to maintain some other form of income during this process. You don't have to grow to full time, but can limit the amount of clients you see to suit your schedule and needs. Its a pretty relaxed environment and everyone is encouraged to seek out the path that suits them best!
