The Role



We are hiring a

pre-licensed LPCC

to join our team as an independent, 1099 contractor. Both

part-time and full-time

opportunities are available.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with adult clients navigating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and identity exploration. We value clinicians who bring curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to grow through ongoing learning and collaboration.

We draw from a range of modalities, including

somatic therapy, attachment theory, EMDR, parts work, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.

Experience in all modalities isn't required. What matters most is your openness and alignment with our trauma-informed, relational approach, and your willingness develop skills in these modalities. The caseload will consist of private-pay, Medicaid, and insurance clients.

While some telehealth sessions may be conducted, this is not a remote position. Clinicians must be able to see clients

in person at our Boulder office

, with the option to incorporate

outdoor therapy sessions

(training provided, experience not required).

Duties & Responsibilities



Conduct client consultations and individual therapy sessions Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes, treatment plans, and records in accordance with DORA, Colorado state, HIPAA, and insurance regulations Participate in monthly team meetings and group consultations Respond promptly to client and team communications Engage collaboratively with colleagues to support an integrated, team-based approach

Requirements & Qualifications



Master's or Ph.D. level education

Provisionally licensed LPCC

in the State of Colorado Experience providing

trauma-informed therapy

and using

somatic approaches

Experience with evidence-based modalities listed (all are not required) Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively A

deep personal connection to the natural world

and interest in outdoor therapy Commitment to long-term collaboration with our team
