Job Description

Our team is looking for a progressive, collaborative & thoughtful clinician to join our practice. We may be a great fit if you are passionate about psychotherapy, have a non-pathologizing perspective, and are dedicated to providing trauma-informed care. Candidates should be comfortable working with the LGBTQ+ & BIPOC communities as well as neurodivergent individuals.

Clinicians maintain a caseload of 30 clients and complete an average of 25 clinical hours per week. Schedules are completely flexible and depend upon your own personal preferences. We strive to provide you with a caseload that is tailored to your clinical interests & experience.

Qualifications

Align with Trail Ahead Therapy's values of trauma-informed, progressive, non-judgmental, non-pathologizing and client-centered mental health care. True passion for the mental health profession and genuine care for clients. Master's degree or PhD in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field. Independent or Non-Independent Licensure, in good standing, in the state of New Mexico. Strong ability to work independently & solid interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 completed sessions per week. Committed to furthering their education in trauma-informed treatment modalities & practices. Follows their professional code of ethics and makes evidence-based decisions in their practice.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

This position is primarily in-person, with the possibility of working 1-2 days remotely. Full-time therapists are expected to complete 25 clinical hours per week, which means scheduling an average of 30 sessions/week to meet this expectation. Are you available for this schedule?
