Job Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our team to provide primarily in-person therapy.

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. This role involves conducting intake assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering psychotherapy to individuals and couples/families if experienced. The Psychotherapist will work collaboratively with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges.

Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations to determine client needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client goals and evidence-based practices. Provide psychotherapy services Engage in crisis intervention and management for clients in acute distress. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and case management. Offer telehealth services as needed to ensure accessibility for clients. Provide support for clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and other special needs.

Skills



Proficiency in various therapeutic techniques Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and mental health counseling practices Ability to conduct intake evaluations and develop effective treatment strategies for complex cases. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong organizational skills for managing case documentation and data collection efficiently. Requirements



Must have a Masters degree or higher in mental health (counseling, social work, or psychology) Preferred: fully licensed in counseling, social work, or psychology. License-eligible will be considered. Preferred: evening and/or weekend availability
This role would start out as part-time with the opportunity to increase to full-time as your caseload grows.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
