to join our mental health team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychotherapy services to diverse patient populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapies across various settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and telehealth platforms. The Psychotherapist will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patients' mental health and well-being while adhering to HIPAA regulations and maintaining accurate medical documentation.
Duties
Conduct thorough clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9, ICD-10, and CPT coding standards.
Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based approaches.
Provide individual, group, family, and crisis intervention sessions tailored to patient needs.
Manage cases involving trauma, PTSD care, grief counseling, addiction counseling, chronic pain management, and behavioral health issues.
Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations.
Qualifications
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Licensed or license-eligible in Alaska (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, PsyD)
Experience with substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
