Morlen Health is a physician led medical group located in Portland OR in the Pacific Northwest. We are the preferred medical staffing partners to NW Permanente of Kaiser Permanente, one of the nation\'s pre-eminent health care systems who are the benchmark leaders in providing comprehensive, integrated, high-quality patient care and service excellence.

Morlen Health is currently seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrists to join the team at the Skyline Medical Office in Salem, Oregon. This is a permanent position.

The teams uses a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. Our psychiatrists provide a combination of onsite and virtual care. As a Child Psychiatrist, you will care for patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18. Our caseloads vary from 350 to 600 patients.

In your role as a Child Psychiatrist, you must have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health). You will need to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed for this role. you will work in a care model that supports 50% virtual visits. You must be able to work at the local clinic the other 50% of the schedule.

Salary range: $293,600- $335,300

Additional Lifestyle $20,400 annual bonus This is paid bi-weekly from hire start date onwards throughout the year and ongoing

Sign-on bonus - up to $50,000
