Responsibilities:



Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for patients suffering from various mental health disorders Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications as needed Provide individual and group psychotherapy based on evidence-based practices Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in accordance with confidentiality regulations Participate in interprofessional meetings to discuss patient cases and enhance treatment approaches

Requirements:



Current Nurse Practitioner license with psychiatric specialization in the state of practice Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health Experience in mental health settings preferred Strong clinical skills and familiarity with evidence-based psychiatric treatments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds * Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development
