ConscientiaMD practice is looking for 2 or 3 CONTRACT TO Full-time Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners LICENSED IN NEW JERSEY, PENNSYLVANIA, NEW YORK, ILLINOIS, OHIO, MICHIGAN for our growing team to provide excellent integrated care to our patients. CONTRACT (90 DAYS) TO HIRE.

This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking to work remotely (from home) and with a flexibility schedule. The practice caters to working professionals who live in all areas. We have recently expanded to all 50 states.

MUST HAVE A CURRENT APRN LICENSE.

ADDITIONAL STATE LICENSES OR WILLINGNESS TO APPLY IS A PLUS AND IS PREFERRED. OUR KEY STATES FOR THIS POSTING INCLUDE NJ, NY, PA, TX, FL, AL, AR, KS, LA, NC, OK, SC, WI.

Full Time Employment

Schedule:

3 days X 12 hour shifts PLUS 1 X 4 hour shift day
OR 4 X 10 hours shifts

Part-time or Contract to hire - rates will be discussed during interview

PMHNP license, DEA LICENSES required.
