Job Description

BRC Mental Health Services/Boise Residential Care (BRC) is hiring a part time Psychiatric Nurse for overseeing Medications and Nursing for our residents. BRC is a housing provider and a mental health agency creating a new type of housing and mental health clinical services all in one program for those diagnosed with a serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). You will work mostly remote and will need to go to the houses or the agency a couple of times a week to assessments, paperwork, etc. Will also need to be on call for nursing questions Monday - Thursday and 1 weekend a month for an extra $40 per day.

Duties

Assist the NP with following up after appointments with the pharmacy, house staff outside providers Assist the NP with making sure appointments are prepped with the information needed for the appointment Audits medications, MAR's and all documentation regarding medications and nursing and then will follow-up with findings from audits and communicate to other providers as needed Assist and work with the Program Coordinator and the QA Coordinator with other audits as needed

Requirements

Be able to pass a background check with Health and Welfare Knowledge or experience in Assisted Living Bachelor's degree in Nursing/RN license Experience in Behavioral or Mental Health
