SymboCor, LLC is seeking an experienced

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

or

Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner (PA/NP) with extensive psychiatric/behavioral health experience

to join our clinical team at a corrections facility in Baldwin County, Alabama. This is an on site role providing assessment, medication management, crisis intervention, and continuity of behavioral health care to the incarcerated population.

Requirements:

Active, unrestricted Alabama Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license PMHNP certification or equivalent psychiatric experience (or dual PMHNP/CRNP) -- required Minimum 2-3 years of psychiatric/behavioral health clinical experience (for PAs: psychiatric experience strongly preferred) Experience in corrections, forensic, or high acuity settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, medication management, and documentation skills; comfort working independently with a supportive team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Base Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
