Tranquil Pathway Mental Wellness is a client-centered psychiatric and mental health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a supportive environment. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

to join as an independent contractor.

Position Overview

The PMHNP-BC will deliver psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and integrative mental health services to patients. This hybrid position offers flexibility to provide care both in-person and via telehealth. The PMHNP will work independently while collaborating with other providers to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Provide medication management with appropriate documentation in the EHR Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and families Communicate with therapists and other providers as needed for integrated care Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and communication Participate in collaborative practice meetings and chart reviews as required
Qualifications

Board-certified

PMHNP-BC

with an

unencumbered license

in the state of practice

At least 2 years of collaborative practice experience

required DEA license (or ability to obtain) for prescribing controlled substances Professional liability insurance (required) Ability to provide psychiatric care in a

hybrid model

(in-person and telehealth) Strong clinical skills, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care
