Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
The Company: Our client\'s mission is to provide compassionate medical, dental and specialty services for people of all ages and backgrounds. This position is located in Indianapolis, IN.
The Position: The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner functions as a collaborative member of the health care team in the delivery outpatient psychiatric care including evaluation, monitoring, and diagnose patients to determine treatment and recovery plans. Counsel patients, write prescriptions, and monitor patients\' progress, while being compassionate and sensitive to their needs and concerns. When appropriate, work with patients\' primary physicians, social workers and/ or case managers to assist patients with their behavioral health needs.
