Position: Psych RN
Location: Reno, NV
Duration: 1 year contract
Shift: Days Guaranteed work hours: 40 Job ID: 22212794 Essential Functions: 1. Identifies patient care needs utilizing physical & behavioral professional nursing assessment skills. Assessments reflect use of Nursing psychiatric/mental health theory & STANDARDS of practice. 2. Completes assessments within hospital prescribed timelines. 3. Makes comprehensive clinical observations & evaluations of health needs including subtle abnormalities & changes in condition. Qualifications:
- 2 years minimum experience as in Psych RN.
- An active RN license is required in NV.
- BLS certification
- Handle with Care training.
- CPI certification
- Must pass a medication administration exam. - Required
