Your Role: Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming customer calls with professionalism and a smile in your voice Schedule appointments and provide excellent customer support Learn to work with tools like ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro (training provided) Practice clear, friendly communication to build trust with customers Grow your skills through paid training and ongoing development Book incoming leads at 85% or above Building lasting customer relationships with openness and trust

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn Comfortable using technology (email, chat, or apps) Reliable, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or HouseCall Pro is a bonus--but not required.
