Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PSS/CRMA to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, particularly within assisted living or senior care environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care while maintaining their dignity and independence.

Duties

Provide personal support services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Assist in memory care activities and programs designed to enhance the quality of life for residents with cognitive impairments. Support home community care initiatives by engaging residents in social and recreational activities. Uphold the standards of cleanliness and safety within the living environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices. Experience working in assisted living, senior care, or memory care facilities is highly desirable. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, is a plus.
