What You'll Do
Provide operational and clinical oversight for PRP services in alignment with COMAR 10.63 and Medicaid standards
Supervise Rehabilitation Specialists and field teams to ensure documentation accuracy andtimelyIRP updates
Drive quality assurance, compliance audits, and staff training initiatives
Collaborate with community partners, prescribers, and therapists tomaintaincontinuity of care
Lead program growth strategies and maintain CARF accreditation standards
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in a behavioral health-related field (Master'spreferred)
CPRP, LCPC, or LCSW-C certification/licensurerequired
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in PRP or similar behavioral health programs
Strong knowledge of COMAR 10.63 regulations and Medicaid documentation requirements
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
