Position Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented Provider Pay Analyst with experience handling complex provider compensation in a dental or healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will manage payroll for doctors based on contractual terms, accurately track PTO balances in accordance with agreements, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret contracts, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.




Key Responsibilities:




Process payroll for providers based on individual contractual agreements, including base pay, production/bonus calculations, and incentive structures. Monitor and manage PTO balances in alignment with contractual terms and organizational policies. Review and interpret contracts to ensure payroll is compliant with agreed-upon terms. Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation, including adjustments, deductions, and accruals. Respond to provider inquiries regarding pay, PTO, and contract interpretation in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and reporting accuracy. Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting related to payroll and provider compensation.

Qualifications:




Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience, preferably with experience in a multi entity setting Experience with complex payroll structures, provider compensation, and contract interpretation. Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. UKG experience a plus. Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Excellent communication skills for interacting with providers and internal teams.

Preferred Skills:




Experience with payroll software used in healthcare or dental organizations. Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
