Job Description

3-Dimensional Services Group is seeking a Prototype Assistant to join our Lapeer location. This position supports CNC Operators and Programmers by helping prepare, handle, and process parts during the early stages of prototype production.

Responsibilities:

Assist in handling parts for CNC, Stamping, and Laser departments. Load and unload parts from machines. Activate machine operations to perform part cutting. Deburr and perform basic inspections of finished parts. Stack and organize parts on pallets for the next stage of production. Communicate job progress and part status with the next shift leader. Accurately log job times and daily activities. Maintain awareness of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures. Follow all required PPE and company safety policies.

Education/Special Knowledge:

High School Diploma or GED is required. 1 - years' work experience preferred Excellent organizational & time management skills Self-Motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision Works well in a team environment * Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
