Job Title: Protein Bar Production Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Protein Bar Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, homemade protein bars using premium ingredients. The ideal candidate will have prior baking or cooking experience and a passion for preparing nutrient-dense, delicious food products.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare protein bar mixtures following precise recipes and standards. Operate cooking equipment, including mixers, stovetops, and other kitchen tools. Handle and roll out heavy, thick mixtures into uniform shapes and sizes. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and quality in every batch. Assist with inventory management by tracking ingredients and supplies. Participate in the packaging and labeling of finished products when needed.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in baking, cooking, or food preparation is preferred. Physical ability to handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety practices. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality results. Excellent time management and ability to meet production schedules.

Work Environment:

A fast-paced kitchen setting with regular use of commercial-grade equipment. Involves physical work, including lifting, rolling, and shaping dense mixtures.
