THE JOB:
The Property Technology Operations Technician is responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues, resolving network problems related to endpoint devices, and providing on-site maintenance and support for existing systems. This role encompasses various aspects of property technology operations, including system hardware and software management, desktop support, and IP networking. Additionally, the technician will assist in resolving ServiceNow tickets and updating documentation to ensure seamless operations. THE STARTING RATE
: $28 per hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work on hardware/software issues on company supported devices
Provide break fix services for desktop, printer, point of sale, tablet, and mobile devices
Provide in-person customer service to company employees for all technology needs at our property tech bars and walk-up locations
Conduct daily property health checks and department walks to ensure all property lines of business technology needs are met
Support product launches and system go lives to provide company employees education materials and in person training on the use of these new services
Assist company employees with using self-service account solutions
Conduct property surveys and continuous improvement programs to improve company employee satisfaction with our technology offerings
Work on technology projects as necessary
Create/update documentation as necessary
Track work time, update ticket status and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
Assist new hires with new device setups and first-time logins to applications
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 21 years or older is required
1+ years of prior relevant experience in cross domain information technology experience, including endpoint, server, network & Wi-Fi, mobile device, and application support is preferred
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays is required
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and oral form is required
