As a Property Technician, you\'ll perform functions in managing the Property Management System for the appointed contract in accordance with FAR Clause 52.245-1, the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the Property Control Plan. As well as responsibilities related to the management of the 10 Life Cycle Outcomes: Acquisition, Receiving, Records, Physical Inventory, Subcontractor Control, Reports, Relief of Stewardship and Liability, Utilization, Maintenance, and Property Closeout.

What you\'ll do:

  • Ensure safety is the highest priority in the workplace
  • Establish and enhance working solid relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Perform duties involving requesting, receiving, issuing, accountability, and preservation of all government property, and review work for accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain, update, and review property records in the StandardAero System Asset Module.
  • Perform Inventories: 100%, cyclic, random, and spot-checks as required.
  • Prepare and update records of movement and transport of government property and material.
  • Identify and report excess government property in the work areas and disposition appropriately.
  • Utilize PCARSS (Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System) and eTools.
  • Safeguard the physical security of items and ensure they are stored as per Regulations.

  • Your knowledge of FAR, DFARs, and asset management systems.
  • Your experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Your excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
