Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Maintenance & Renovation Technician
to join our growing property management and renovation team. This position handlesunit turns, basic repairs, punch lists, and light construction work
across multiple apartment units and single-family properties.Responsibilities
Install LVP flooring and baseboards Interior painting (walls, trim, doors) Replace light fixtures, bulbs, ceiling fans Basic plumbing (P-traps, faucets, toilets) Basic electrical (switches/outlets/light fixtures) Drywall patching & finishing Minor carpentry (door adjustments, cabinets, trim) Apartment turnovers and make-ready work Light demolition (remove appliances, flooring, etc.) Assist with renovations as needed Work independently and communicate with management team
Requirements
Experience in general handyman or renovation work Ability to safely use tools and equipment Reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs Good communication and reliability Must be willing to work in Schererville area
Schedule & Pay
Hourly
$18-$30/hr depending on skill level
Weekly pay available Growth opportunities as the company expandsJob Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
