Elev8 Residential is on the hunt for a Property Manager with 2-3 years of experience who's not afraid to geek out over full occupancy, flawless operations, and a perfectly organized make-ready board.

About the role:

We need someone who's got solid experience with AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, and can help keep our financial house in order across a portfolio of residential properties. Bonus points if you've worked in property management or know your way around QuickBooks or AppFolio!

What You'll Do (aka Your Community Command Center)



Be the heartbeat of the property - overseeing operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident relations Tackle occupancy head-on with strong leasing strategy, outreach, and renewal finesse Collaborate with vendors and contractors to keep the property polished, safe, and running smoothly Handle resident concerns like a seasoned diplomat - with empathy, action, and professionalism Stay on top of budgets, rent collections, delinquencies, and reporting (yep, you'll partner with accounting too!) Monitor maintenance requests and make sure work orders get resolved faster than a flash Lead onsite teams, inspire excellence, and keep the vibe high and the standards higher Keep things compliant and clean--whether it's Fair Housing rules or your office desk

Can spot a lease violation in your sleep Know how to charm residents and vendors alike Think like an owner and hustle like it's your name on the sign
