We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead operations for an 825-unit apartment community in Salt Lake City, featuring LIHTC Tax Credit units.
The Leasing Manager will oversee all aspects of property performance, including occupancy, resident satisfaction, compliance, and financial success. The primary responsibilities include the following:
Manage leasing operations and ensure occupancy targets are met
Maintain full compliance with LIHTC regulations and property policies
Supervise, train, and motivate on-site staff to achieve performance, compliance, and occupancy goals
Oversee all day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, compliance, and resident relations
Monitor and optimize property financial performance
Build positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly
Collaborate with property management team to implement strategies for resident retention and operational efficiency
Build strong resident relationships by providing excellent customer service and supporting retention initiatives.
Collaborate with Senior Property Manager to develop long-term strategies for community success.
Experience/Training/Education:
Proven Experience in property managment or leasing, preferably in tax credit communities.
Previous leasing or sales experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
Prior management or leadership experience required.
Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency with Yardi and Rent Cafe a plus.
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and affordable housing compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
