What You'll Do
Lead and support the onsite team Assist with leasing, tours, and application processing Build strong relationships with residents Oversee move-ins, move-outs, and resident communication Ensure the property maintains excellent curb appeal Support office operations, resident notices, and daily admin tasks
What We're Looking For
Experience in property management or assistant management Strong leadership and customer service skills Excellent communicator who enjoys working with people Organized, energetic, and hands-on
