Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of a Project-Based Section 8 property.
Ensure full compliance with
HUD, REAC, MOR, EIV, and local/state housing regulations
.
Conduct and process tenant certifications, annual recertification's, and income verifications per HUD guidelines.
Oversee leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
Maintain organized records and complete required HUD and management reporting accurately and on time.
Perform regular property inspections and ensure adherence to health, safety, and occupancy standards.
Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking residents to ensure quality service and understanding.
Collaborate with management, auditors, and regulatory agencies during inspections and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

2+ years of experience
managing Project-Based Section 8 or other HUD-assisted properties.
Strong understanding of
HUD regulations, EIV, TRACS, and Tenant Selection Plans
.
Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, or similar).
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines, documentation, and compliance with accuracy.
Industry certifications such as
COS, TCS, C3P, or ARM
are highly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
