What You'll Do

As a key leader on our Residential Housing team, you'll:

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing leasing and operations team to deliver exceptional resident experiences. Oversee day-to-day property operations, ensuring strong leasing performance, retention, and resident satisfaction. Partner with leadership to plan and execute property improvements, budgeting priorities, and long-term operational strategies. Analyze occupancy, rent growth, and retention data to guide performance decisions and exceed company goals. Promote a culture of accountability, professional growth, and continuous improvement across your team. Resolve escalated resident concerns with empathy and efficiency, always protecting our reputation for service excellence.

What We're Looking For

You're a confident, people-first leader who thrives on both results and relationships. You have:

Experience in residential property management, leasing operations, or a related field. A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The ability to use data to drive performance and improve the resident experience. Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management systems (a plus). A valid Illinois Leasing License (or willingness to obtain one within 120 days -- we'll help with that!).

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays or extended hours during high-volume periods. Flexibility is key to meeting the needs of our residents and team.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
