PROPERTY MANAGER

Applicants should have, at minimum, a COS certification, a working knowledge of the HUD Handbook 4350.3 Rev 1, an understanding of the HUD Multi-Family Section 8 Program (having worked with the program), and Fair Housing experience. Experience with Boston Post Property Manager software is a plus but not required.

Pay: $57,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
