Location: 77056 (Downtown / Galleria Houston)


Reports to: Regional Manager



We are seeking an experienced, customer-focused

Property Manager

to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily apartment community. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the property operates efficiently and profitably, while delivering exceptional service to residents. This position plays a vital role in resident satisfaction, team leadership, and financial performance. Bilingual a plus.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee all daily operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. Implement effective marketing and outreach strategies to attract and retain residents. Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive rental pricing and maximize occupancy. Hire, train, supervise, and motivate a team of leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and administrative personnel and corporate office. Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of work orders, unit turnovers, and service requests. Manage lease renewals, negotiate terms, and strive to enhance resident retention. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain company standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and manage budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and analyze financial performance. Respond promptly to resident concerns and maintain a positive community.

Skills & Competencies:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), internet research, email, and social media marketing Familiarity with property management software such as Onesite, RealPage, Bluemoon etc. Result Oriented and problem solving approach. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Sales and negotiation expertise Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle pressure professionally High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong team player with the ability to work independently Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Experience:

Property Management: 3 years (Required) A/B Class Multifamily: 2 years (Preferred)

Lease up and Leasing experience a MUST.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,536.39 - $62,065.34 per year
