Job Description

Part-Time Property Manager

We are seeking a diligent and organized Part-Time Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the smooth operation of our mobile home community, ensuring tenant satisfaction and compliance with property regulations.

Responsibilities

Contractor Coordination:

Schedule and meet with contractors for property maintenance and repairs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to standard.

Late Notices:

Prepare and distribute late rent notices to tenants in a timely manner.

Violation Notices:

Issue violation notices as necessary, documenting issues and ensuring follow-up.

Communication:

Maintain effective communication with tenants, contractors, and property owners via email.

Reporting:

Generate and submit reports on property status, maintenance, and tenant issues using Rent Manager software.
Requirements

Experience in property management is a plus but not required. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in computer software for email correspondence and report generation. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility with time Drivers license
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
