Property Manager

to lead the operations of

Dalehaven Estates

, an affordable housing senior community located in

Evansville, IN

.

This is a

full-time, on-site position

About the Role

The

Property Manager

is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the community's daily operations to ensure it remains a well-managed, compliant, and welcoming place for residents to call home.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing leadership, training, and support to on-site staff to ensure efficient and professional operations. Managing all aspects of property performance including leasing, marketing, budgeting, maintenance coordination, and resident relations. Ensuring compliance with

Tax Credit (LIHTC)

and

HUD

program requirements and maintaining accurate records and reporting. Monitoring financials to achieve budget goals and maintain property profitability. Promoting a positive, service-oriented atmosphere and ensuring high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

Previous experience in Property Management

required (affordable housing experience strongly preferred).

TAX CREDIT and HUD experience required.

Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Must be able to pass a background check and possess a valid driver's license.
