As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities, fostering a positive living environment for residents, and supporting the Board of Directors. Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of assigned condominium communities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and resident needs are addressed promptly. Act as the primary point of contact for residents, Board of Directors, and vendors, providing excellent customer service and clear communication. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Coordinate maintenance activities and capital improvement projects from planning through completion. Develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and reserve budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability. Review and authorize invoices, track expenses, and prepare financial reports for Board meetings. Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain community standards. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations, association bylaws, and governing documents. Prepare and present reports for Board meetings and attend meetings as required. Promote community engagement and initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in property or community association management, with a focus on condominium communities. Active Florida CAM (Community Association Manager) License required. Demonstrated expertise in condominium management and vendor coordination. Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and association financial operations. Proficiency in property management software (Vantaca preferred). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
