Single-Family Property Manager - Avenue Real Estate Group
Avenue is looking for a sharp, driven Single-Family Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of rental homes and deliver an exceptional experience to owners and residents. This role is all about leadership, communication, and staying ahead of the details.
You'll manage the full lifecycle of property operations -- turns, leasing coordination, inspections, resident relations, owner updates, vendor management, and problem-solving. You'll also track property performance, ensure compliance with local requirements, and keep everything moving smoothly with the support of our internal team.
The right person is organized, proactive, great with people, and confident in making decisions. Strong tech skills and comfort with modern software are essential. Prior property management or real estate experience is helpful, but not required for the right fit.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are running smoothly
• Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
• Maintain property by investing and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, and contracting with landscaping services to ensure our tenant's satisfaction
• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases

Qualifications:

• Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
• Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
