We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team. This role is essential in overseeing the management and maintenance of vacant properties, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of vacant properties/units to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards durning the turnover process.
Conduct inspections of properties that are requiring work due to code violations and meet with city inspectors.
Perform quality control checks on sites, identifying any issues that may arise.
Minor maintenance such as lock changes and repairs.
Misc errand running.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to stay on task while working alone and unsupervised.
Strong attention to details.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Knowledge related to property management and maintenance services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
