Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, enhancing tenant satisfaction, and driving marketing initiatives to maximize property visibility and occupancy. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise, property management skills, and a strong focus on customer service.

Duties

Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies using multichannel marketing approaches including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing. Create engaging content for various platforms utilizing skills in copywriting, content marketing, and digital marketing. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for property improvement and increased occupancy rates. Utilize Google Analytics to track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee advertising sales through various channels including print advertising, Google AdWords, and Facebook Advertising. Collaborate with the sales team to develop B2B marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility. Manage budgets effectively while ensuring optimal allocation of resources for all marketing campaigns. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the creation of promotional materials that align with brand standards. Maintain property websites using WordPress and ensure all content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.

Requirements

Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including performance marketing and marketing automation. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HTML, and other relevant software. Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data effectively. Strong copywriting skills with a creative flair for developing compelling content. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also managing individual tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in e-commerce or product management is a plus. Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
