Property Maintenance Worker

Operation Threshold is accepting applications for a Property Maintenance Worker. This is full-time position eligible for full agency benefits including health, dental, vacation, sick leave, holidays, IPERS retirement option, 403(b) retirement option, life insurance, short term disability, and 10hr work days Monday through Thursday as a regular schedule.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma and some post-secondary training or experience in construction/trades preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience at (or below) a journeyman level for mechanical or building trades. Must have some repair skills as well as good carpentry, painting, basic plumbing, and basic electrical skills. Job duties include maintenance of all agency properties including semi-skilled repairs and remodeling. Must be dependable, be able to lift 100 pounds, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance, and any offer will be contingent on passing a criminal background check.
