Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Repairs: Fixing leaks, patching walls, repairing doors, maintaining equipment, and addressing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues Preventative Maintenance: Performing routine inspections, cleaning, lubricating parts, and replacing worn components to prevent breakdowns Installation & Assembly: Installing shelves, fixtures, screens, and other items, and assembling/disassembling equipment Inspections: Regularly checking buildings, systems, and machinery to identify potential problems Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

Versatility: Knowledge in multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC) Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues and determine the best course of action Handy & Technical: Proficient with hand and power tools Safety Conscious: Adhering to safety protocols, especially with tools and equipment Communication: Coordinating with management, contractors, or residents Education and Training: at least a high school diploma with 1-2 years of experience, minimum in carpentry, drywall, electrical, and/or plumbing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
